# Privacy Policy — Mandala Computer > Privacy Policy for Mandala Computer. Legal ## Privacy Policy Last updated: October 24, 2026 This policy describes what Mandala Computer LLC ("we", "us") collects when you use the Mandala Computer service, and what we do with it. ### 1. What we collect - **Account data** — your email address and account settings. - **Billing data** — handled by our payment processor (Stripe). We do not store your card number; we keep subscription status and invoices. - **Usage data** — metering of the computers you run (their size, run time, and storage), funded AI token usage and credit transactions, API request logs, and the operational logs needed to run the Service securely. - **Machine content** — the disks and snapshots of your computers, stored so the Service can run and restore them. - **Funded AI requests** — prompts, screenshots and tool results sent to Anthropic under Mandala's account when you use our funded computer agent. - **Approximate location** — when you claim a free trial, the country your connection comes from. We look it up from your IP address in a local copy of [IP Geolocation by DB-IP](https://db-ip.com) data (or take Cloudflare's, when the request reaches us through Cloudflare). Your address is not sent to DB-IP, and we keep only the country, on the trial record. ### 2. What we use it for To provide and bill the Service, to keep it secure (abuse detection, rate limiting, audit), to decide whether a free trial's funded AI is available in your country, to support you when you write to us, and to send operational email such as verification, receipts, and incident notices. We do not sell your data, and we do not use the contents of your machines for anything other than running the Service. ### 3. Cookies The app uses cookies for sign-in sessions. This marketing site sets no cookies of its own. We count visits to this marketing site with Cloudflare Web Analytics. It records which pages are viewed, the referring site, the visitor's country, browser and device type, and how quickly the page loaded. It uses no cookies or local storage and does not identify individual visitors. ### 4. Sharing We share data only with the processors needed to run the Service — payment (Stripe), email delivery, infrastructure providers, and Anthropic for funded AI requests — and when the law requires it. Each receives only what its function needs. Our [subprocessors page](https://mandala.computer/subprocessors) names each one and what it handles. ### 5. Retention and deletion Account and usage records are kept while your account exists and as long as required for tax and accounting. When you delete a computer or snapshot, it is removed from the Service; when you close your account, your machines and snapshots are deleted after a reasonable wind-down period. Backups age out on a fixed schedule. ### 6. Security Computers run behind hardware virtualization with per-machine isolation and network policy. Access to production systems is restricted and audited. No system is perfectly secure; if we learn of a breach affecting your data we will notify you. Your rights You can access and update your account data in the dashboard, export your machine content yourself at any time, and request a copy or deletion of your personal data by writing to us. Depending on where you live, additional statutory rights may apply. ### 8. Children The Service is not directed to children. You must be 18 or older to create an account, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we learn that we have, we delete it. Changes If we materially change this policy we will notify you by email or in the dashboard before the change takes effect. ### 10.
