This policy describes what Mandala Computer LLC ("we", "us") collects when you use the Mandala Computer service, and what we do with it.

1. What we collect

• Account data — your email address and account settings.
• Billing data — handled by our payment processor (Stripe). We do not store your card number; we keep subscription status and invoices.
• Usage data — metering of the computers you run (their size, run time, and storage), API request logs, and the operational logs needed to run the Service securely.
• Machine content — the disks and snapshots of your computers, stored so the Service can run and restore them.

2. What we use it for

To provide and bill the Service, to keep it secure (abuse detection, rate limiting, audit), to support you when you write to us, and to send operational email such as verification, receipts, and incident notices. We do not sell your data, and we do not use the contents of your machines for anything other than running the Service.

3. Cookies

The app uses cookies for sign-in sessions. This marketing site sets no cookies of its own.

4. Sharing

We share data only with the processors needed to run the Service — payment (Stripe), email delivery, and infrastructure providers — and when the law requires it. Each receives only what its function needs.

5. Retention and deletion

Account and usage records are kept while your account exists and as long as required for tax and accounting. When you delete a computer or snapshot, it is removed from the Service; when you close your account, your machines and snapshots are deleted after a reasonable wind-down period. Backups age out on a fixed schedule.

6. Security

Computers run behind hardware virtualization with per-machine isolation and network policy. Access to production systems is restricted and audited. No system is perfectly secure; if we learn of a breach affecting your data we will notify you.

7. Your rights

You can access and update your account data in the dashboard, export your machine content yourself at any time, and request a copy or deletion of your personal data by writing to us. Depending on where you live, additional statutory rights may apply.

8. Changes

If we materially change this policy we will notify you by email or in the dashboard before the change takes effect.
