Terms of Service
Last updated: August 22, 2026
These terms govern your use of the Mandala Computer service ("the Service"), operated by Mandala Computer LLC ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to them.
1. The Service
The Service provides cloud-hosted virtual computers you create, control, and operate through our dashboard and API, including automated control by software agents acting on your behalf. We may add, change, or remove features as the Service evolves.
2. Your account
You are responsible for your account, for keeping its credentials and API keys secret, and for everything done with them — including actions taken by AI agents you connect to the Service. You must provide a working email address and be legally able to enter this agreement.
3. Acceptable use
These rules cover everything on your account — files, software, and anything you or your agents publish from a computer. You agree not to use the Service, or allow an agent to use it, to create, host, distribute, or transmit:
- phishing pages, brand impersonation, or anything else built to harvest another person's credentials;
- malware, exploit kits, or command-and-control infrastructure;
- child sexual abuse material; or
- content that infringes another party's rights, including their intellectual property and privacy.
You also agree not to use the Service to break the law, to access systems, accounts, or data without authorization, to mine cryptocurrency, or to circumvent the isolation, quotas, or metering of the Service.
4. Network conduct and the shared address
Your computers reach the internet through an address shared with other customers. Conduct that gets that address blocklisted harms every customer on the Service, not just you. So you agree not to:
- send bulk or unsolicited email, or run a mail server for that purpose;
- scan ports or networks you do not own or have permission to test;
- attempt credential stuffing, brute-force logins, or other unauthorized access;
- take part in a denial-of-service attack, as source, amplifier, or coordinator; or
- operate an open relay, open proxy, VPN exit node, or Tor exit node offered to third parties.
That last one is the specific hazard: it makes our shared address the apparent source of a stranger's traffic, and it is the fastest way for one account to get every other account blocked. We may suspend a computer or an account immediately, and without notice, for conduct that has put the shared address on a blocklist or that plainly risks it.
5. Publishing services from a computer
You may run network services on a computer and make them reachable from the internet, whether through a URL we provide or a tunnel you set up yourself. Anything you serve this way is your content, published by you, and it is subject to these terms exactly as everything else on your account is.
No service level. Nothing published this way carries an uptime commitment. Computers suspend when idle and resume when used, so a published service is not continuously reachable, and any URL we issue may change or be withdrawn. This is meant for previews, demonstrations, and agent work. It is not production hosting, and you should not put your own customers behind it.
Third-party tunnels. Using one is fine, and it is your relationship with that provider — their terms apply to you alongside ours. We may require you to disable a tunnel that is serving content or carrying conduct that violates these terms.
6. Enforcement and reporting
Report abuse to [email protected]. That mailbox is monitored, and we act on what arrives in it.
Where we find a violation of these terms, we may — depending on severity, and with or without notice — disable an individual published URL, suspend or stop a computer, suspend an account and its API keys, or terminate an account under section 11. We may preserve and disclose information where the law requires it. We will normally tell you what we did and why, unless doing so would defeat the purpose or the law prevents it.
7. Billing
Paid plans are billed monthly in advance through our payment processor, at the prices and limits shown on the pricing page when you subscribe. You can change or cancel your plan at any time from the billing page; cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable.
Configuring a computer never to suspend reserves capacity for you whether or not you are using it. We may limit how many such computers an account can hold, or price them separately, on notice under section 12.
8. Your content
Everything you or your agents put on your computers — files, software, snapshots — remains yours. You grant us only the rights needed to store and run it in order to provide the Service. You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights to whatever you and your agents place on your machines, and for keeping copies of anything you cannot afford to lose.
9. Service changes and availability
We aim for the Service to be reliable, but it is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. We may perform maintenance, and machines may occasionally be migrated between hosts or restarted.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claims arising out of or relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim arose. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for loss of data, profits, or business.
11. Termination
You may close your account at any time. On closure or termination, your computers and snapshots are deleted after a reasonable wind-down period. We may terminate or suspend the Service for material breach of these terms.
12. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms; if a change is material we will notify you by email or in the dashboard before it takes effect. Continued use after that constitutes acceptance.
